When can I call Soundcall?
You can call +33 6 23 65 17 78 every day from 9 am to 10 pm about your rental. The Saint-Cloud depot welcomes customers by appointment only, Monday to Saturday, and is closed on Sundays. Outside phone hours, you can leave your request using the form.

Can the equipment be brought to my venue?
Yes, by courier, booked and paid by you. Pickup is free at the Saint-Cloud depot (92210), about ten minutes from Porte d'Auteuil, by appointment from Monday to Saturday. If you cannot come, you book a courier yourself (Uber, Bolt or an independent courier) to carry the equipment anywhere in Paris and the Île-de-France region, at your own cost.
Can I book without paying straight away?
You can contact us to check availability and get a quote before booking online. Payment is made when you book, by bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Our depot is at 18 rue des Tennerolles, 92210 Saint-Cloud, right on the edge of Paris. Free pickup by appointment only: Monday 10 am to 1 pm or 6 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9 am to 8 pm, Friday 10 am to 1 pm, Saturday 10 am to 1 pm, closed on Sundays. Equipment tested, set up and ready to use. Otherwise, a courier (Uber or Bolt) booked and paid by you can collect it.
